The brand tells the same story of paring tea and literature with a calming and inviting brand identity.

The Leaves brand identity reflects two main objectives. The first visually represents the atmosphere their clients crave, a peaceful, calming, restorative space. The leaves typemark bookended by tea leaf periods, which in literature means to provide a break or take a breath, is inspired by vintage book covers and harkens back to simpler times.


The second objective is the L icon, an illustration initial cap used in literature as a marker for a new section and helps readers find their place. It communicates that Leaves is a place where you can reflect, think and find your way forward.

MGC listened carefully to our core values and how we wanted people to feel when they interacted with our brand. They translated everything into a fully developed brand.
